The lamps are 3D-printed and assembled on demand as orders are placed. You will receive a more precise delivery estimate after completing your order.

Delivery is currently only available within Denmark

CANCELATION

You can cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped. To do so, please contact us at info@wiell-atelier.com.

Additionally, if your order experiences a delay, you also have the option to cancel.

RETURNS AND REFUND

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, provided the product is correct and in working order. If your package is damaged, please contact the delivery provider. If the product or any parts are damaged, please reach out to us at info@wiell-atelier.com.

If the product shows a defect within 2 years of delivery, notify us promptly by sending an email with your order number, a description, and an image of the defect to info@wiell-atelier.com. Damage caused by misuse, wear, or accidents is not considered a defect. We will assess the defect once we receive your notice.
