Wiell Atelier is a design studio focused on made-to-order products. All designs are crafted with care using sustainable materials.
1.2. Applicability
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our website, including the purchase, delivery, and return of products.

2. ORDERS

2.1. Order Confirmation
Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email constitutes acceptance of your order.
2.2. Custom Orders
All our products are made on demand. Please note that production times may vary.
2.3. Right to Decline Orders
Wiell Atelier reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or other issues.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1. Prices
All prices are listed in DKK and include applicable VAT. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and can depend on your location.
3.2. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Dankort, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. Shipping
We only ship within Denmark at this point. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and estimated delivery times can be found at the "Delivery and Returns" page.
4.2. Delays
Wiell Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that due to our made-to-order process, delays may occasionally occur. In which case, order cancellations will be possible.
4.3. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the product transfers to you upon receipt. Risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery.

5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

5.1. Return Policy

  • You have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return. Products must be intact.
    5.2. How to Return
    To initiate a return, contact info@wiell-atelier.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
    5.3. Refunds
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

6.1. Warranty
Wiell Atelier products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
6.2. Limitation of Liability
Wiell Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7.1. Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary to fulfill your order and improve your experience.
